Sunny Sailor sun care was born from the shared vision of two sisters who grew up under the relentless South Florida sun. As kids, they spent hours outside - applying sunscreen with familiar branding and questionable ingredients. You know the ones. But as they got older and had kids of their own, they realized that most sunscreens on the market were filled with harsh chemicals, fragrances, and ingredients that weren’t safe for skin at any age, especially babies and children.

Driven by a desire need for better sunscreen, the sisters started their search - only to be disappointed by the way that “cleaner” options were applied and absorbed. Their goal was simple: to design a sunscreen that was clean, safe, nourishing and effective for everyone.

After tons of research, collaboration with skincare experts, and a commitment to using only premium organic ingredients, Sunny Sailor was born. In Summer 2024, they began bottling their custom formula, making sure they could actually pronounce every word listed on the label. An added bonus was that their products not only felt incredible on the skin, but also applied effortlessly and absorbed within seconds.

All Sunny Sailor products reflect a deep love for skincare, but more importantly, a love for family - knowing that 60% of what goes on the skin is absorbed into the bloodstream, and synthetic ingredients just don’t make the cut when it comes to kids and loved ones. 

Now, Sunny Sailor is not only a brand, but a movement towards a healthier lifestyle—one sun care product at a time. The sisters even forced their dad out of retirement to be CFO because, let’s face it, math isn’t their strong suit and Papa needed something to do. Their hope is that Sunny Sailor brings peace of mind and protection to so many families, just as it did theirs.
